They like sped through the intro when compared to the manga, were like starting off at a weird point because if you didnt read the manga or got some description you'd be lost. I still think it's going well, I'm just confused with how they decided to do it. Cid our main character loved a TV show when he was little about strong people that work in the shadow, like he's super into that even before he died he wanted to do that. Here we see him doing that, and the joke is he is making up everything on the spot lol. Like he is 100% guessing when he found the cult of diabolos. He's doing it because the TV show he saw when he was little was "eminence in shadow" and wanted to be one too. Someone really strong that works in the shadow, and a good way to do that would be appearing weak on the surface Would definitely want to see another live! Just don't want to you to get spoiled

The MC is so much enjoying himself with his act. I still donβt understand why they have to leave. But they will be back. Itβs in the first episode.

And from Sam (Patreon) comment it seems βhis made upβ story is all real. So he get everything right but is clueless. Shadow is not a bad name, much better than stylishβ¦ π Alpha is a descendant of heroes. Yep he missed on the map but itβs the perfect location.

It seems like he pretends to be average and is in fact OP. Well the first episode try to convey it and itβs reinforced with the 2nd. He wants to keep in the shadows. Itβs good that it doesnβt shy from the gore.
