The form at the beginning was not configured to register the mail, so some put their proposals but I did not know who had written which proposal. So I decided to choose by the proposal and not by the name and do it even if fel onel in which I did not know who had written it.
But which one to choose? For this I used my wife, I commented on all the proposals and with her the winner was chosen, the criterion was basically my wife's curiosity XD.
