WIP: March: Payload Stuffing

I don't often find myself drawing ridiculously big guts on a fit, muscular, or normal-sized body, but I just couldn't pass up the chance to draw an adorably stuffed Hanzo with some McCree encouragement on the side~
Since March was apparently Macro March I decided to make him giant-sized and also threw in some vore (implied by his size and the dialogue from McCree) because why not~ It seemed to really fit with the whole idea.
Here's hoping I can manage to pull off the background for it.
