2025-12-20 00:32:28 +0000 UTCFinally made it over here and had to start with my favorite Halloween movie of all time! My son Sam just wants people to follow the rules of Halloween. 4 simple rules! Does he have a candy addiction...absolutely (we're working on his consumption). The kid who's peaking through the dressing room stalls at the beginning is also the kid who played Sam.

2025-11-16 12:30:31 +0000 UTCthe past two days have been kicking my ass with this flu I caught from my nephew but I'm feeling bit better now so I can finally watch this with my full attention. your energy immediately being so good and positive even though there's some mess going on so I this is a perfect pick-me-up โค๏ธโ Sam (sack head๐โ) is cute until you disrespect the rules of Halloween, then he's punishing you. 2025-11-16 03:44:20 +0000 UTCIt's so nice to get a fun horror that is proper Halloween vibes. It's surprising that more aren't set on Halloween, to be honest. I only saw this for the first time a couple of Halloweens ago and it immediately put me in the holiday spirit. Glad you enjoyed!

2025-11-16 02:41:49 +0000 UTCLOOOVEE my little pumpkin-headed, sackboy Sam ๐งก๐๐ฅน you were right on the money, heโs basically the spirit of Samhain itself, and if you break the rules/disrespect the traditions heโs gonna have something to say! Such a fun little movie, so many twists and turns, became an annual watch after my first time and Iโm glad I got to see your reaction to it ๐ Anna Paquin and Co. as sexy werewolves is my fav!! This Snow White might be one of the prettiest women Iโve ever seen and I say that as a gay man ๐ซก breaking out stunning practical effects for that segment of this anthology? Oh Trick r Treat youโre so famous to me
Daniel McGuinness
2025-11-16 01:43:55 +0000 UTCYou kept calling Sam a gremlin and not for the first time, I gotta know gurl, are you doing GREMLINS for Christmas / December?!?! Especially since the 3rd one is now being made. Have you seen Gremlins?

2025-11-15 18:06:14 +0000 UTCTrick R Treat and Krampus are supposed to be in the same movie universe according to the creators. There was a deleted scene in Krampus that shows Max giving out his old Halloween candy and he has the same pumpkin suckers as Sam.

2025-11-15 16:24:52 +0000 UTCYou should check out its trailer (one of the best to ever do it). When this trailer came out, the horror community was pretty much collectively besides ourselves. Then, it had been quite a while since we'd gotten a big, grand Halloween-themed film. We were counting the days until its release. Then, Warner Bros. pulled the movie, shelved it and it languished for a couple of years in release limbo before eventually being unceremoniously dumped onto DVD. They got cold feet over the number of dead children in the movie. Years later, it has come as far as it has into the mainstream (the yearly merch at Spirit Halloween is pretty insane) due solely to word of mouth. Anyway, that trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AoBx7F-q2CA

2025-11-15 11:19:47 +0000 UTCSam is based on a animated short by the director that he made many years ago. Its called Seasons Greetings. Then he decided to use inspiration from that short to lay the foundation and adapt it into an anthology movie. To which he later then made into a graphic comic.
