Guess we have the same kind of taste. I thought this album was so damn boring back in the day and still to this day. Idk if it’s because the heavy bass of the beats or what or the fact that it came off the carter 1 which had all these lively beats. I’ve just always thought this album was skippable. Carter 2 & 4 are just meh in his catalog. Hope u listen to the carter 1 though. Love that album and still has probably my favorite song from Wayne on it (on my own).

This is my favorite album..maybe because it came on the back end of Carter 1 and multiple mixtapes and Mannie Fresh, cash money in house producer, left the label. This was his first time stepping outside of that traditional sound and was carrying cash money by himself. It was big change in sound and he had a different flow in almost every song.
