I don't know whether this is what is meant, but I've worked through quite a few inhibitions with massage, just adding abdominal massage to the program. No chest yet as that is borderline on the ethical massage. Being able to accept touch over most of my body was amazing during the first session that included abdominal massage. Pelvic therapy is still edgy and I still prefer to have a chaperone.
