It should be the same size as a person's erection- same length and girth expansion that their tissues naturally allow for. Some men are showers and others are growers. This might be what you're noticing from the video.

2025-08-04 18:49:13 +0000 UTCIt seems like the erection with the implant must be way smaller than it was prior to receiving the implant. Like when I get an erection my penis pretty much doubles in size but in this case it seemed to look just about the same size as when it was deflated. Is that how it normally goes? If so I'd be very reluctant to get an implant

2025-08-04 18:45:15 +0000 UTCNothing is carved out, the prosthesis is implanted into the erectile tissue so that is possible--however, if the implant were to be removed, there would be 0 erectile ability.
