Also you were right about the end screen - it is a "missing child" notice. IU puts those after most of her YouTube videos, I think it's a really nice way of using her reach in Korea

Usually they are all over the place and overwhelm the hosts with their energy but they were too in awe of IU, I mean who wouldn't be really though. Also, just a recommendation if you want see more of cute Minnie, you should really watch Minnie and Bambam on Super Junior's D&E show. It was so loud and fun... Lol...
