I have to figure out where to host it. I still pay for Dropbox and I've heard vidyard is ok. Idk about the cost

2025-04-06 21:23:19 +0000 UTCGreat check in! I wanted to say that my favorite content to consume is longer, funny, and where people give their opinions. I usually listen to videos and don't acually watch them. I love deep dives and just throw them on and listen to them while I clean, work out, ect. I think putting in your personality into videos too will help, getting to know you better and enjoy watching you will bring people back and have people looking forward to your reactions. For example I always cant wait for your reactions to Onewe because I know that you love them and I can't wait for your opinions. If people like you, they will watch other videos even if they don't like/know the groups just because they enjoy your reactions. I also I love the idea of making collections! I think it's super smart.

2025-04-06 19:06:34 +0000 UTCHaha thank you for the lighthearted comment 💜 I know, I'll get to Solar! The pics she's been posting are SPICY. I'm really concentrated on requests ATM, but I will get to it. I'm always happy to do your requests of older groups!

2025-04-06 18:10:20 +0000 UTCI think the conversion fee is a flat 2.5%? At least that's how it used to be. Being a Patron at any level gives Discord access, it should be listed automatically on there when Discord is connected, which it has been since early 2022 or so. As for the collection purchasing, I'm moreso asking all of your thoughts on it to help me. I don't suspect anyone who is commenting on this post would be the type to buy one, they'd just subscribe. I see those one-off purchasing as someone getting exactly what they want without subscribing and thinking about a re-occuring payment. They can come back to it a year later if they wanted and it's there waiting for them after that single purchase. Collections would be piecemeal, I would likely not add to them. It'll be like Episode 1-15 of LENIVERSE at a price, then 15-30 as another. Something like that. Rather than "heres all of Leniverse and every future episode in perpetuity." It's a low commitment way to get the exact type of content you want, watch it on your time, plus maybe after watching they realize they'd like to become a monthly patron. To the point of them always being there, well, I've done this for almost 5 years and I wouldn't take them down. But in the case anything happened, ya likely paid less than $10 for it. That's basically the cost of a movie rental via Amazon etc. I do usually post when I'm streaming on Discord, Twitter, sometimes YouTube. Idk how else I could outside of mentioning in my videos much more. I'd multi stream to YouTube too but I would not monitor both chats.

2025-04-06 18:06:16 +0000 UTCYay! I'm back to Patreon! I can't give any information about the business you're in or whether you're doing the right things or not. I can only relay why it is that I am here and why I stay. Early on, I wondered "why would anyone spend their time watching someone else watch a video?" Then I began to understand the thrill of watching reaction videos. It's where one can re-live the excitement of discovering a group through watching someone else discover them. Even today, I'll go back to your Mamamoo YT playlist and smile at things like "She's the MAKNAE!!?? I thought Hwasa was the Oldest!" More recently, I use your reactions to educate myself on newer groups. I find our tastes are similar and your opinions are honest. It helps to reinforce what I already think about a group, or to give me a different perspective. Heck, if you keep doing them, I may even begin to watch boy groups one day. lol I sub to a request tier and sometimes (ok, a lot of times) I'll request some old crap. I hope that it is old crap that you would want to see anyway. But even if it's not, it's MY request dammit. Get used to it. And thanks for doing requests. Now, where is your reaction to Solar's "Want" (insert STARE emoji). Do I have to request that too? What a rambling post this was. Sorry. Glad your feeling good! Let's GO GO GO

2025-04-06 13:32:21 +0000 UTCThe vicious cycle between depression and anxiety is something I wished I didn't relate to. Are the tier descriptions final now? The entry-level seems to give me Discord access, but it's not listed explicitly like it is at the other ones. The price discussion has made me realize that Patreon is ripping me off. For the $3 Jack tier, Patreon charges me 3.50 EUR plus VAT, so 4.17 EUR. At current conversion rates, this should only be 3.27 EUR (plus possibly bank conversion fees). I'll have to try if switching my subscription to USD is better for me. Edit: It is better in this case, but another creator I'm subscribed to has a higher price in USD than in EUR, so it wouldn't benefit me there. Can creators set different prices for different currencies/regions? I really like the idea of offering fixed collections (or single videos even), but it might be very non-obvious what to put in them and how to price them. I've been trying to write down some more thoughts on this, but the possible effects are really not straightforward: Do collections have to be fixed and final or can content be added in the future? With what logic could one even price collections? How would these aspects incentivize people to subscribe or not subscribe? Do cheap collections bring in people who might end up subscribing or do they discourage subscribing? How significant is the argument that collections are available indefinitely once purchased? What would happen if collections contained exclusive videos that are not part of any subscriptions? I realized just yesterday that some of your longer videos are made while you're streaming. I strongly suggest that you advertise your Twitch more aggressively. Dense people like me would notice YT streams much more easily, but with multi-streaming you'd have two chats to distract you from the content.

2025-04-06 13:26:37 +0000 UTCyes I feel like you should definitely change queendom, kingdom etc. to links and categories older content. I might be wrong but some people might be interested in a Lee mujin service package .appreciate these check-in videos!

2025-04-06 10:36:54 +0000 UTCAppreciate it 😅. Happy to see a normal happy response on what was overall a very positive energy video. I think those are all great ideas for collections. I think you won't have to worry about groups like Le Sserafim, STAYC, ARTMS, etc. The groups that I've always supported and been extremely fond of. At the end of the day, no growth means it all goes away. So I have to stimulate my channel while also keeping those core groups.

2025-04-06 09:54:28 +0000 UTCIt’s great that you are introspective and open, and I think you’re killing it this year so far. 1. Collection one offs - great idea, especially for longer content (eg. hybe game caterers, stage marathons like the fimmies one, Leniverse/day off, hyemileeyeachaepa, etc..). 2. Short content is king for lead generation. 3. Pricing, personally if I really want to watch something I don’t care if it’s $6 or $10, as long as I feel there’s a good amount of content that I will get in return. 4. Deep dive+follow-up content, I won’t watch them but I get where you are coming from, you need to be careful not to hinder your core audience of subscribers though. 5. I think you have handled LSF HOT cb very well, posting Zuha ahead of release+variety+album+posting Ash on YT+stages, and being consistent in the following weeks after release, also I know you love the fimmies which is important. I reckon that if you replicate this approach for your core groups’ cbs and those that you love the most and you do this consistently throughout the year you will strengthen the retention of people like me who only care about one group strongly and gain more followers from your core groups’ fandoms as you become known by more people as someone that will consistently cover a lot of content in every cb. 6. Burn out is no joke, so make whatever adjustments you need to what you offer in terms of requests so that it doesn’t become a burden. I don’t know for how long I will stay, but I do wish you well mate so take care of yourself and do your best to enjoy the process without getting too stuck on “what ifs”

2025-04-06 09:23:39 +0000 UTCPlus if you don't think you'll get to say all 20 episodes of Leniverse in a month period, you can pay that price and have access to them forever. So that's part of it too. I'm happy you see it because I feel it. Thanks for the supportive comment 💜

2025-04-06 09:01:54 +0000 UTCI mention those towards the end of the video. I'd do that for when I have a collection of videos as an alternative. I don't have nearly enough for those groups specifically

2025-04-06 09:00:08 +0000 UTCIf you really want to make money off of XG and XH hero fans or whoever else you think is going to make you money, start offering their collections for a fixed price. Patreon offers that, sell collections or one time view charges.

2025-04-06 08:57:48 +0000 UTCAnd now I will have a $5 tier too ✌🏻

2025-04-06 08:53:06 +0000 UTCThere are patreons with 2, 3, 5 dollar tiers that offer the same amount of content and the same type of content. You are not the lowest cost. You are only comparing yourself to patreons who have 5/10/20/30 dollar tiers. Kess and Han have a 5.00 tier Seatin Sean Bexa Reacts KTwinz Jessia Holyfield K-Ross Block Music Chill Wookie OG Kpop Stan (Thina) I don't care if you charge more, if you deliver the content I want to see. If you don't, I won't pay you any amount. If you are consistent with content, I would pay you a higher tier. The problem is you aren't consistent with the content I want to see. So you are raising prices on something I find little value in, based on your consistency.

2025-04-06 08:50:30 +0000 UTCThe Collections thing is really interesting actually. I guess it's kinda like renting a movie on YouTube - you can quickly see what you want at a lower price. I could see that being useful for the survival shows obviously, and maybe popular group-focused shows like Leniverse? Then you could easily promote those in YouTube videos for the group. But yeah, all these sound like solid changes/updates to me, and it's great to see how enthusiastic you are about it all. Lately it's seemed like there's an extra spark in you within the videos in general, and that's been awesome to see 😄 Nice flow of content lately too, so you're on a roll

2025-04-06 08:38:21 +0000 UTCThere is no search function on https://fourthwall.com/ to find content creators. It's not better. There is only the sign up and log in for joining as a creator. We don't want that. I can't even see or find you there. Nor can I see what the international payment options are. This is NOT a better platform. Maybe better for you because you make more money, but from a user perspective that site is a dumpster fire.

2025-04-06 08:37:00 +0000 UTCYou are likely never getting a concrete schedule. A loose one sure, that I'd like to do. Kpop moves too fast for that tbh and I like spreading myself out to different artists. Sometimes all you need are those little shots of many new eyes. My Xdinary Heroes album reaction has 3x the Patreon views and likes as my average post. Those are results

2025-04-06 08:34:38 +0000 UTCYour strategy of "deep diving" new groups may get you some new patreons in the short term, but kpop fans are fickle these days and have the flavor of the month will only get you short term results. Personally those of us who have been here for a long time still want to see content on the groups that brought us here. Every time a new group gets added that is sign less of what we are here for is coming. You can't keep adding new groups and keep long term subscribers. I would like to see you put up schedule because your "plan" doesn't sound great to me. What days or weeks are we going to see what groups. Ahead of the monthly renewal date. Give us honest information we can decide if we want to stay that month or not. You don't want to hear that but absent a schedule or hint of something coming people will leave.
