Focusing only on a few groups and only entertain those fans will hurt the channel in the long run, limit growth, make changes harder and raise the risk, that it will collapse at some point. You will also get a community that only ever wants to see that one very specific thing until they get bored or you watched everything important for that thing. Its more likely, that they stay because of the group not because of you as a reactor. Its better to offer a variety within K-Pop / K-Drama and mix things up from time to time. Let people come and go for specific content.... that's ok and normal. No sense in chasing them. Offer enough variety and chances are high that enough new people will discover and join you all the time. Those that then stay are the ones that are there for you and not some specific group. That's the core that you wanna build and grow your community around.

Yeah, I like more of the sit down and talk videos as well as more long form reactions. Getting more personal thoughts on things you want to watch sounds good to me. Also, as you said music these days have been very similar and I don't engage much with that part. I'm more into variety and the members themselves so these days I tend to watch variety reactions and things like Signal or Badge War which I've paid to see reactions to many times over lol.

Glad seeing you back and happier. Food for thought: One video per week on Patreon is also consistent, especially if its communicated in something like a shedule... Even a vacation doesn't break consistency if its planned and communicated. Setting a goal for one video per day sounds more like setting yourself up for failure. I would always suggest to start small. If you get to more because you're having fun? Great! But don't plan (and set expectations) for the best case scenario, plan for the worst case scenario. Most importantly for "consistency"... set yourself a fixed shedule (and communicate that) so you can see that you are successful in staying consistent to that shedule. Just an idea...
