You can definitely find higher quality stuff than fast casual like Panarra Bread though. Idk if I said it in this video, but also finding stuff you're used to that agrees with your stomach is very important when touring too. Sometimes it's tough taking in different stuff, even a country's water, that your gut biome isn't accustom to

I can only compare it to my need for Vietnamese food everywhere I go. Some of it is that I'm home sick and the food is comforting. But if I'm really honest, I actually kind of think that a lot of Asian food/dishes, when made right, require a lot of effort and artistry and you can taste the difference. Having a bowl of pho broth that has been simmering for 12 hours and filtered multiple times is just different than chicken soup at a Panera bread.
