I just brought this up because I watched the Super Junior version of this. Never got to part 2, but I want to. Unfortunately this show is hard to watch -- not many good links with translations.

It's good for image of tripleS as I'm sure she brings in her fans. Though I hope they don't burn her out with overwork. It's really I retesting to see how the group functions and to meet their personal manager.!! They do have three more managers and extra staff for activities especially travel abroad and big shows. But I think it's really good practice to have one that lives with them and is approachable for the girls. Considering it's 24 girls most of them living in close proximity they all seem surisingly happy . It shows the company is pretty good at looking after them ☺️👍 I agree the old houses had more charm but they were not close to Seoul central.

2024-08-16 00:53:47 +0000 UTClol, the show is called "The Manager". The whole point of the show is to get the perspective of stars through their managers yeah....koreans call salons "shops". Way back when, the word korea generally accepted was "beauty shop" and over time it just got shortened to "shop". It's super random which english words stick and which don't and how much the meaning changes (the classic example being FIGHTING meaning LET'S Go!) but honestly it's really no different here and how americans adopt other words from other languages whether spanish or french. Im sure there's some mexican youtuber watching american content confused at some of the spanish words we use and how we use them and in re to the face shape tools....some work, some are snake oil. The ice face rollers that were in the fridge work really well for swelling since youre literally just rubbing/rolling your face with a block of ice. The V-Line jaw machine is eh?. Allegedly it uses microcurrents to stimulate your muscles slightly which "lifts" it. Some DO work after prolonged use (I'm not too sure about the ones they had....that's a pretty cheap version) but it probably does work in the sense of right away but your face muscles will relax over time. For these girls who are all so young, it's mostly just to get rid of morning swelling (and us koreans swell a LOT in our faces)
