When it comes to sleep paralysis, I have it pretty often but itโs so weird because it never includes like a demon or anything. Itโs like my life is still going on around me like Iโll be in my bed and I cannot move. But like my old roommates or my mom, they would come in and talk to me ask if I want to go with them somewhere and Iโd be like hold on. I literally just cannot get out of bed. Iโm stuck and then Iโd realize itโs a dream and wake myself up.
