Yes. It will have unique costumes for every race made just for it.
Yes. It will be open every ingame night for the Stable/Beta Halloween builds, but will remain even after that (only 1 ingame day per week and only during Bitterleaf).
Yes. A new Princess will make her first appearance this Spookfest.
