What are you doing the 29th of February ? When is the next one anyway ? I do like that you refer to the phenomena, maybe we each should be allowed to declare for ourselves - when to pull out the wildcard day ? I guess the next official leap day is in the year 2020 ! Hope it is a sun shiny day where you are !
