I think aphelios is still a very situational ADC, thats why hes so low rated, if enemy has heavy dive the champ becomes a lot better, or in matchups he can just abuse.
Kalista is so terrible lol
Samira is really good right now if draft allows it, engage support and not against champs like alistar and youll have a good time
Senna still rlly strong IMO, high soul rate still
Zeri up a tier, Good buff and nerfs to lane bully adcs recently like varus and kalista helps zeri a lot
