You and Arroyo returned to the island shortly after he had healed enough to move again. Weeks passed as you continued working on your vessel and Arroyo lay nearby, healing. Between taking care of him and continuing your construction; the two of you grew closer. Embracing each other in the shallows as you biding your time until the ritual day arrived. That day finally came, and the both of you gathered upon the shore to cast the spell which could give Arroyo the power to join you upon the sand not as a merman, but as a human.
