Thank you to all who participated. Some of you asked some tough questions so there are some tough responses sprinkled in there! It's long, buckle up.
Anyone who is interested in clarification of anything I say is free to ask in the comments, and I'll do my best to rephrase! :)

The question about thumbnail pics reminded me that the light in the Getting to Know You thumbnail is in every mental image or thought I've ever had about that story. Probably that exposed brick wall too but that's its own long term fantasy all on its own ๐๐ Anyway, good choice. Glad you're doing taking care of yourself and doing well.

I always enjoy hearing your perspective on various topics, getting insight into your creative process and, for what itโs worth, I definitely respect your decision to keep certain things private. ๐ Thank you for answering my four questions. I think Iโm one of the few people (at least from my generation) who hasnโt seen Being John Malkovich. Iโm always up for a good laugh, so Iโm going to see if itโs on Netflix Canada and if it is Iโll watch it this weekend.๐ค I always love hearing the answer to โwhat could you talk about all dayโ. I enjoy finding out what people are so passionate about or fascinated with that they could easily talk about nonstop. I love hearing people talk about things that truly excite them, even if itโs something Iโm not typically interested in, their excitement makes me want to learn about it. I also loved hearing how you started practising yoga. I smiled when you said it was your inability to do the poses that first time made you really mad and was the catalyst which pushed you to take classes and learn them. I used to be exactly like that with new challenges - jump in, tackle, conquer, celebrate!!โฆbut over the past decade or so Iโve lost some mojo somewhere and Iโve become more concerned with the โwhat ifโ of trying something difficult and then having to deal with the disappointment of failing, to the point where now I usually just bail and donโt even try at allโฆ.which in itself is just another type of failure so I have no idea why I feel thatโs somehow better? ๐คทโโ๏ธ Anyway, your โIโm going to do the work and master this!โ attitude after failing the first time is a trait Iโm desperately trying to recapture so I REALLY appreciated hearing that story,โฆespecially knowing how amazing you have become. It sounds corny, but itโs definitely inspiring, so thank you. ๐ท
