Adaptability being a human trait which blossoms in trial, means were developed to allow even the untrained to tap into Impulse to seemingly miraculous usage.
The Apertures. Technology using translation algorithms to allow the will of the user to be projected externally. Sometimes stashed in simple objects such as earrings or rings. Sometimes weaponized or integrated into armor. They have allowed for incredible leaps in the capabilities of individual humans.
