Added 2021-11-27 14:02:59 +0000 UTCThis week was insane. What everyone saw on that now-infamous stream was just a breaking point. The culmination of months of stress and lack of answers. None of us here are glad it happened, but we're glad to know we have a community which actually cares about us.
A lot of things have happened. We started a riot, we got massive support from great people, we've started measures to make sure we're never in the position to need that kind of help again. Not that we don't think it's there - now we know better - but because our mission is to provide a great community and content for people to enjoy. The less you see behind the scenes, the better.
(Unless we show you behind the scenes as a perk or something lol)
I've got some Happy Birthdays to record. We've got photos to take. We've got scripts to write, videos to record, and somehow through all of it we have two channels which aim to keep up 50+ hours of uptime weekly. Closer to 60 for Candy if we can. The Ricochet Twitch channel, thanks entirely to your support, has reached affiliate! So now it's time to activate there as well.
Why are we doing all of this? A lot of reasons. Maybe someone told us it would never work. Maybe because we know there are people who care enough to keep us going. Maybe we're just insane.
Does it really matter? You're behind us, we love you for it, so let's keep it moving.
