I imagine this pic and "boyz night" take place at the same time. Frank's workload has tripled meanwhile Todd's mom is pulling out all the baby stuff for her new little one.

Dad being treated as a baby in a diaper and onsie and Todd as a toddler in a wet or messy pull up and a paw patrol shirt. Maybe have Todd teaching Dad how to be a baby. Or perhaps have them both being hypnotized by mom to stay her little pups.
