Why? Because nothing compares to that contrast!!! Stepping from the heat into cold water ๐ฅ
That shift between hot and cold, tension and releaseโฆ itโs when the body feels most alive, and completely at ease ๐
Honestly, Iโd probably go to the sauna even in the Sahara ๐

Great picture. Very relaxing. I have one problem with going to Sauna when it is hot outside. It is very difficult to have a good cooldown. Even the cold baths are pretty warm.
