Light Mode along with dark mode support extended to default GNOME 49 Theme along with fixes in general light mode with NEX UI Integration.

Better Readability
Sidebar button texts/icons are now more visible when selected
Fixed Dark Mode Text Box
Fixed cursor and selection visibility issues in text boxes.
Updated NEX UI
Updated to the latest version of NEX UI Expressive with a more airy interface.
