Evolve B189 - Features and fixes

New App Scaling Support
Evolve now supports in-app scaling. You can set any value from the settings page and Evolve will adapt the interface accordingly. This required a bit of modification almost everywhere but it now finally works.
This is still experimental. There are some known issues -
- The info page looks weird when Evolve is scaled beyond 1.5x
- The text boxes do not scale well. There are a lot of gaps.
- Buttons do not scale but the text inside does.
They do not interfere much with the usability so I am releasing this now to make the app more accessible. The issues will be fixed in the next update soon.
Updated High Contrast Mode
Improve Contrast mode now manipulates the original GTK theme colours to improve text visibility.
A more minimal UI
The themes page now has a more minimal User Interface.
