2023-06-02 15:55:28 +0000 UTCi know right? the part with the Janitor made us think, she might be real. but when we review his mind regarding his imagination.. he could have imagined the Janitor too! i mean.. what Janitor would come drunk and late in the evening to take some carpets right?

2023-06-02 15:52:52 +0000 UTCAhhhh the iconic dress scene, movie! Apparently? Monroe's husband, baseball legend Joe DiMaggio, got so enraged he stormed off the set. Supposedly he was so upset he beat her up when she got back to their room at the St. Regis Hotel. If true? Heartbreaking for her, considering this is the scene many remember her for. The scene was more racier than the one we see here, maybe his influence why they changed it? Who knows? She had her problems, but? No-one can deny she was a legend.

This reminds me of another movie, which I won't name because it would be a huge spoiler, but you guys have reacted to it already. The biggest problem with this theory is that the janitor also sees the girl and even talks to her. I do think however, that the girl is a mysterious figure. For one thing, we never learn her name, as you noticed. I also realized that she almost never makes eye contact when she talks, which I think keeps it a mystery as to what is going on inside.

2023-06-01 14:54:59 +0000 UTCWow what a fun reaction. Both Tom Ewell and Marilyn Monroe are great in this. Actually this was a play before it was a movie. Tom Ewell played the same role on the stage, so he knew his part very well. Marilyn Monroe was new to the part but absolutely nailed it.
