If they are also the ruling class that'd probably also be where the most money can be steadily made. Satogar could also be a choice, but if there's not much war and their weapons in themselves are super rare. There'll probably only be a few deals here and there. If the reflektas is bio-biotech. Like making you a super human, that could probably be more interesting in the long run. Having a gun that shoots better than the rest, sure that's fun and all. Or having access to magic could be nifty. But having a huge ding dong and near infinite stamina sounds better in an erotic game ;)

The Zaros deal in forbidden magic items and they also fence valuable religious artifacts. The Satogars sell weapons and almost-impossible-to-find tech. The upcoming game is set in Reflektas teritory. As for the funny hat, yep it’s kind of a rule then eh? Or maybe there’s a reason...
