21:26 so i may be wrong, but likely the context is after Taishin says the food he likes is pudding (sweet-tooth), Takara gives a judging look at the unfinished spicy ramen and says "i guess.. you wont be able to finish that after all" no idea why but for Japanese the opposite of Sweet = Spicy in terms of savoury food. They label their curries as such too
