My highlight of this episode Is they want to keep on the down low that they are "fake in a relationship" so EVERYONE at the hospital thinks they're dating. but then they spray it on the windows of the apartments where the majority of the doctors live............😅

I was thinking it was representing the combing of traditionally masculine colors (i.e. blue) with traditionally feminine colors (i.e. red/pink).... or even that often royalty is represented by purple/indigo because it was a hard color to come by, so it was quite rare and reserved for royalty. But how you explained it makes more sense.

Can't have the newbies seeing this self-destructive behavior as normal and appropriate when it isn't. Drugging people in bars like the bad guys did: Wrong. Wandee getting drunk by himself and being susceptible to the bad guts: wrong. Delusional beliefs in a relationship that doesn't really exist and making that person you're Delusional about feel bad: wrong. Leading people on to believe that there's an emotional attachment when you know someone has feelings for you: wrong. ALL OF THAT should be addressed.

2024-05-19 05:28:50 +0000 UTCSo I wouldn’t say it’s insignificant lol. Series tend to use the pride colors of specific flags to match the scenes or orientation of the character. And colors overall always add great depth to series (not just BL) in general, depending on how the director’s vision is. P’aof makes great use of these colors a lot in his series.

I noticed it a lot in The Sign too, but here they are in normal colors until the love scene starts heating up, then suddenly it's all purple. Seems like a fairly insignificant detail to focus on considering how well we're getting fed with this show, but I've never scene purple used like this.
