Same. And I thought it was just me without subs bc the comment section of YT didn’t have ppl demanding subs n ppl on twt were posting clips with subs.

i like what they're doing with Kang's issue with his father, even when the father isnt 'wrong' by just wanting his kid to be happy and stress-free (for now?) Because Kang and Dad does not have good communication (more of Kang to dad, but trying to read/understand your kid is more on the parents), Dad's intentions are misunderstood. What Kang really wanted was validation and acceptance - that his dad has a hope for him and believes in him --- which need not necessarily be only communicated via expectations but other approval/validation for your kid.

11:13 nolan's "if u need me to distract your father, let me know" got me on the floor lol

I read the dangerous romance book. In the book Sailom like Kang since childhood. In my opinion, in the series, the storyline is more beautiful and makes sense than in the book. In the book the girl (Pimfa) like Sailom.

You guys, this is so good that I watched part 2 without subs and still got the gist of everything and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They’re not doing anything crazy yet and they’re not dragging things unnecessarily. The episode starts at one point and ends at another which is very refreshing given the bs we got used to lol. But fr they’re doing everything I would’ve wanted from a enemies to lovers trope and more. Like Sailom is a real human being with a mouth to talk back instead of the good old damsel in distress and Kang is not just mean for the sake of being mean and he’s already changing his ways. And for 2 good shows to air at the same time is so nice as well. We got options lol and everyone looks so so good oh and the acting!

I love what they are doing with Kang as a character, I really do think his character is actually latching onto sailom this quick because he’s the first person to actually push him and treat him as an equal, something his dad never did. So of course he is going to embrace this without even realizing it himself. Sailom is the first person to actually care for him and want more for him and I love that. You can still see Kang is a kid with anger and how quick he can snap back to that, I’m hoping this is something they continue to explore with his character.

The thing I appreciate about this bully enemy to lover situation is that Sailom was never afraid of Kang. Def makes the situation more bearable. I def think Sailom is falling first, there are def some moments where it looks like he’s thinking hey, maybe he’s not so bad. And I agree with what Barb said above. Kang will likely latch to Sailom because Sailom is the only one who is pushing him, who has expectations of him and who has a bit of faith in him. It looked like from ep 1 that Kang was intrigued by Sailom b/c Sailom doesn’t back down from him even when he was at his worst. From the trailer and both MVs I see so many cute scenes coming up and I can’t wait for it. They really served us some great ones in this ep, the flirting during tutoring, the bike ride, the cutting of the steak, even the date/nondate English lesson at the bar, the two convos of Kang opening in were all moments for bonding and building feelings even tho they don’t know it yet. The way this show is serving so much and we only on ep 3.

the way it not only delivered but this week they did it in a way that i wasn’t expecting but still enjoyed ! i know i say this every week in your patreon comments but i’m surprised as hell i enjoy it so much - i was really only deciding to watch bc i love perth and chimon’s acting so i knew they’d at least deliver acting wise. but i’m loving it and if it keeps up like this it could be one of my fav bls of this year you know last week I said i hope kang doesn’t completely change but honestly i’m here for it after watching this episode. yes part of it is because i’m entertained and i think they’re cute so i’m giving it a pass but i think it makes sense that he’s so nice to sailom now because he likes the feeling of being needed and wanting someone to pay attention to and believe in him. he’s latched onto sailom so him treating him nicely without any instances of him slipping back into old ways makes sense to me. however i also don’t think it’s the end of kang being an asshole to sailom even if accidentally but we’ll see if i’m wrong. i think the real testament to if he’s completely changed is how he’s going to act if sailom or someone else pisses him off again (we saw him fight the person harassing sailom but i don’t count that because reacting like that makes sense). also kent i really love you mentioning to the audience their scenes feel romantic but not to Them. i didn’t even think about that but you’re so right. i really love the way they’re doing it. they’re really giving me everything i wanted!! i will say hopefully they also give us a proper apology scene for the bullying from kang to not only sailom but auto as well. it’s the one thing we haven’t gotten yet so i hope it’s coming.
