Urban Dictionary defines it as follows: “An internet slang used to describe a young woman that likes to dress and act in a certain fashion in order to portray herself as pure and innocent — i.e. like green tea.” This is not to be confused with the olden way of using the term which can be misogynistic (talking bad about ambitious women). The current/modern use is on girls or guys (yes this term is used for guys too) that manipulate the 'love interest' and pretends to be innocent and victimized.

There are also contexts that it can be used playfully in a positive tone, but not here. it was so pungent and stinky that Wu Bi said to order pork kidneys (also a very strong smelling dish), to cover up the overwhelming shamelessness that Ye Wan Ying has (this is the sarcasm)
