Especially when Fumiya could have so many solutions before an argument started than slamming the plate 🙄

oh Wow! my theory was that the issue was suspicion of infidelity with the former boyfriend, and that Ritsu was late getting home because of it. And Fumiya had just had enough and was calling it quits. Fumiya's rationale is weak. I still think that old ex is mixed up in Fumiya mental somewhere. Maybe Fumiya was able to steal Ritsu away from the ex in some way that is familiar and Fumiya became insecure. Don't know but I agree the reasoning they laid out is weak at best.

(and also, you would think that at this point in their relationship, they would have alr had shared calendars...)

The plot/script definitely would have been better if they established a pattern of Ritsu treating Fumiya in a way that makes Fumiya feels sidelined. It would be great if the drama made it show that Ritsu doesn't listen or doesnt want to listen, and just lives carefreely while taking Fumiya's overly careful love for granted. To us, the audience, Fumiya's facial/body language on his discomfort/insecurities is practically in our face even in that long shot (him being lonely and left aside and what not), but Ritsu doesnt notice it. In terms of Fumiya's perspective, the insecurity comes as he feels Ritsu doesnt love him as much as he did, but yeah not communicating and making assumptions is the worst route you can take. It hits a bit close to home cos treading on eggshells in a relationship out of fear is one of the worst things to feel, and you shouldnt have to feel that way. Another note would be that Fumiya was trying to not 'dominate' Ritsu like what the ex did, and perhaps overcompensated by just not expressing what he wants cos of his fear of losing Ritsu like what Ritsu did with the ex. that fighting scene was actually quite realistic imho cos both are being emotional and thrashing about due to triggers after triggers of small matters, which does happen in real life. my guess for the final episode is that they're willing to adapt and change for one another, to accept one another (more work on Fumiya's end, i think). Though, the meaning of the ending song is foreshadowing an ending where they might split for each others' good.. i hope not. love the reactions so far, this show was better than i thought (though it is a bit slow pace, but the actors are totally delivering the characters well.)

translation for 5:31 just a slight difference to the message "My older brother realised (everything)"/ "He realised?" - instead of 'He knows'.
