The translation was missing nuance. What Pai meant was that after their first encounter together he had s*x w/ 3 others but no more since then (we saw him turn the 4th guy away). He couldn't get Sky out of his head. Right after that he asked Rain for Sky's number (thinking that sleeping with him again would get Sky out of Pai's system) and hasn't been with anyone since (2 months).

Probably because when he’s himself, Peat, he doesn’t try to be that cute with Fort. But Sky is almost always cute with Prapai. It’s so precious. I definitely understand Fort though because the moments when Sky was cute in this episode he attacked me as well. It was so precious.
