2022-02-11 22:28:32 +0000 UTCMy thoughts: -The scene with Thyme and Gorya’s fight in the classroom is interesting to me because while Thyme’s actions are in no way excusable, I feel like he lashed out like that because Gorya jumped to Ren’s defense without trying to understand where Thyme was coming from. Obviously, the violent behavior is bad either way, but it does show that he was feeling insecure and hopeless about Gorya possibly never returning his feelings for her. That she will always see Ren as a good guy and Thyme as a bad guy, and it won’t change no matter what he does. -When Thyme announces that he’s ending the red cards for good, Gorya says, “Good for you.” So I feel like they both know that Thyme is doing this in part for himself, not necessarily for Gorya, but so that he can become someone worthy of her. Gorya awakened his desire to change and be better. To be the best version of himself. So rather than the “she can change him” trope, it feels like she’s just made him want to change the trajectory of his life. Like, Gorya isn’t doing any work in “changing” him—he’s doing the work himself. She’s just watching and pushing him along. This is long 💀

2022-02-10 01:07:26 +0000 UTCIt took me a while to post this message but here is my thought! ok Ren hadn't become so bad, and if we try to put ourselves in his place we can say that he acted like that so that what happened between him and Mira wouldn't happen to Gorya and Thyme! as far as Thyme's behavior is concerned, how can I put it, having this mixture of cruella, Maleficent and Cinderella's wicked stepmother like mother does not help a child's proper development! it does not excuse his violence but we can guess where it comes from! for the rest I think you have said it all! take good care of yourself and see you soon Ps: I remind everybody that this is only my opinion.
