Now 🐻 with me, this one might sound complicated.
Mod No.023 (DoA Nurse Dress) digivolves into a new/old entity on ORIGIN tier, combining its ORIGIN & EXTENDIUM version. Meanwhile its DELUXXX stuff digivolves into this new entity here, Mod No.088, also getting additional new stuff (check features list).
If you're DELUXXX tier and getting this one, you wont need the renewed No.023, for convenience its all included into No.088.

you can adjust the stethoscope earplugs by HSPE/advanced mode via bones, search for 'neck', though you have to fiddle around with it, but its doable
