I present it as a realistic portrayal of how such a scene would occur under the circumstances. As always, let me know how I'm doing. I had not considered that (or even knew about it), but, unfortunately it is far too complicated for me try to explain so I think we'll have to assume they did all that off page.

While I was not involved in the music industry the one of the practices that I thought was used in my industry should apply. When a large international project was initiated a foreign company was created in a tax advantageous jurisdiction to ru the project and assets through. This had the advantage of fire-walling the income and expenses from the home tax regulations. I would have expected that large companies like National Records etc, would use a setup like this to avoid the US tax regulations and isolate income off shore. Mattโs accountants should know of this type of income protection as it would have allowed Matt to maximise his lower taxed income. Definitely for Celiaโs foreign tours it would be a great way to isolate tour income overseas that could then be used for future tours. Just putting this to you in case you hadnโt considered it.
