As a reminder, devblogs will be available only for Patreon patrons until the next game update. After which, every devblog posted prior to this update release date will be publicly posted, one by one, on the game’s website.
It seems that phone web browsers cannot properly read GIFs in some cases.
Devblogs are also published on the game site!

I proceeded to work onto debugging v0.4.1. If you wish to follow my bugfixing progress, I invite you to follow this GitHub page: https://github.com/xavier150/MMVS/issues

This month will be similar to February. I made lots of progress on small things, but I will not have much to showcase. I was not able to start working properly until March 17th.
V0.4.1 is planned for release at the end of April, with plenty more fixes.
The next versions will start focusing on more specific things.
I started to work on a new environment that will focus on being shrunk down at a 1/5000 scale on Talas’ soles. This environment won’t have a gameplay as polished as in Talas’ home, as this environment will be designed more towards exploration. Talas will not react to your actions due to how complex and resource-heavy it would be, considering the environment’s size and the amount of details I wish to accomplish. Even animating Talas’ toes would take too many resources.

This new environment will be finished for the next game’s version, v0.4.1. It is, however, far from being completed. I would like to add much more to it. For the time being, it is no more than a small bonus to the game’s current content.
I will probably create more nano environments on other body parts or items, such as shoes, as well as with new characters.
I spent some time on input binding regarding the different VR controllers that exist on the market. I added a configuration for HP users and edited some bindings on other VR controllers.

The new bindings are displayed on the picture above. If you’d like to offer advice or suggestions, please feel free to share them with me! (Check the linked files)
Several options aren’t usable by the Game Master, so I added a couple buttons in the Game Master’s UI to offer more control over Talas.

I worked onto fixing several small issues related to AI. I also updated animations that felt off or were straight up broken. On top of this, I worked on Talas’ face (blinks and eye darts) so that he looks more alive.
