Warning, IOS app incline 30% fee

"All purchases of memberships and shop items through the Patreon iOS app will now include Apple’s 30% App Store fee."
So is you want avoid to pay this fee, you can do the purchases on the web browser.
In my Patreon account settings I have to choose if I cover it or not, and I chosen to not cover it.
