DM Tuz Table Scraps: Blood Sand Cartel

Table Scraps is material that I created for both my private home game, as well as the patreon game. It mostly consists of monsters or unique mechanics that I created for these. Each of the material you find here was used in my own games at one point. Of course I took another look at them and gave them a little bit of polish before adding them to the Table Scraps. Occasionally these will have artwork in them that I created myself with varying degrees of polish, depending how much prep time I had for the session.
The Blood Sand Cartel was the big bad faction that was finally taken down by my players in my home game last year. Now you get the rules that I created for them! Let's start with the common mooks!

By all means, you can do that - the setting in which my home game takes place is a bit more advanced than the average fantasy setting. The industrial revolution is in full swing here.
