Current status (just in case) + update SHE'S OK! 🐶

UPDATE: just back home from the vet 😭✨ they took her x-rays and besides a lot of bruising and the fact that's she's an old lady and in a lot of pain still, she's perfectly fine 😭✨ nothing broken, tore or perforated 😭😭😭 we're very lucky and we couldn't be happier 😭✨✨ She's in pain meds and lots of rest 😭✨ I'm so glad this fucking nightmare is over 🛐

Thank you so much for your get well wishes 😭✨ and for giving me the reassurance to take the time to take care of her without further stress. I have decided to allow myself rest for this weekend, because besides being super sore for carrying her around and super tired for obvious reasons, after everything calmed down I found out I have a lot of scratches and bruises myself, so I'm also in a bit of pain and can't lift my arms too much for now.

I'll be back next weekend with the manga update 😭✨ thank you guys so much for your support. It's thanks to you that I can have the luxury to be at home and take care of my good girl 🥹 I am very lucky and that's not lost on me. Thank you again guys, thank you thank you 😭✨

Hi everyone,

Idk how things are gonna be in the next few days but I'm just covering all my bases,

My dog got attacked this evening by a violent dog and even tho she didn't need surgery for now and seems out of danger for tonight, the vet adviced to keep her under observation coz she's an elderly dog (16 year old lab) and we still don't know if she's got anything broken. So we're taking turns to keep watch for tonight, which means I won't get much sleep for the next couple days.

I didn't get attacked by the dog but I'm hurting all over coz we fought for almost 15 minutes to get the dog off of her, so even tho I am nowhere near the pain my poor girl is feeling, my arms, wrists, hands , knees and lower back are in pain, and I also am a little shaky still from all the effort of carrying her and etc.

My drawing hand is fine x_x

Anyways, all of this to say I'll try my best to update this weekend but just in case (knock on wood) something happens and I can't, I wanna give you guys the heads up.

Will let you know how things evolve 🫶 thank you for your support as always.
