2022-09-13 12:15:15 +0000 UTCI don't exactly consciously try to stay awake, however my mind does that for me. I guess it's a weird kind of resistance. I don't listen to anything when there is no room for anything else in my mind, I've been doing this for long enough to know when my mind cannot for whatever reason listen...not won't. And what really has frustrated me in recent times is constant napping intermittently some days during any file. I've been trying to listen to Little Sleep Therapy and i can't get passed the first countdown with out cat napping and wake up ten minutes or so after the file has ended then stay awake for ages...Ohh yes, then i get grumpy with myself thinking, well Diana, you haven't a chance in hell of listening to an erotic sleep file anytime soon... that is one of my goals In this file i wasn't exactly sure if i was in trance or not. I didn't until you said drop when i got my little bit of comfort and peace :) Am i stupid or what ?.. don't answer that :) I was confused, I didn't understand the "conscious, unconsciousness" or vice versa thing...π That's the only part i remember, i had to read the transcript later to know what you were saying. β€οΈ
