This was from my last training session ._. I鈥檓 away in Denmark at the moment and then next week I鈥檝e got BXRRELL rehearsals so unfortunately my fitness has gotta wait a minute鈥t鈥檚 okay, life happens and I鈥檒l be back in my normal routine in no time!
I did however have a sweet upper body sesh on Monday, here鈥檚 the aftermath of that 馃槍馃馃徎
