Just got done with my upper body sesh, feeling good!
I鈥檓 trying to increase my protein intake to hopefully help with recovery because omg I am dying at the moment haha. You know it鈥檚 bad when you鈥檝e got DOMS like four days after the session 馃拃 I鈥檝e got some really really bad muscle knots all up my back too, for some reason I consistently hold all of my tension there鈥otta get it sorted!
Anyway, biceps doing bits here 馃グ
Hitting glutes and hams tomorrow!
