Hey guys!!
It took me so long to post anything here because I've been working on this two scene drawing for a whiiiile. The whole sketch and composition took a long time to figure out because I wanted to take my time to draw the idea I had in my head without rushing it. So it took some time to finally get to a point where I was happy and had enough material to show some progress.
And even so everything can still be changed as I'll keep drawing this but for now I still wanted to show some wips!
I wanted to picture these two scenes like a before and after. Where before, Shadow protects Maria from the invading G.U.N. Soldiers by jumping in between, and in the second frame the roles are inversed where this time Maria protects Shadow from the Soldiers by making the very difficult decision to push the lever and launching the capsule he's trapped in to the earth.
