Since Ed and Al are being closely watched, them "helping under duress" was a smart excuse on Buccaneer's part. Miles is a savage! Yes! The gold-toothed doctor was from Bradley's backstory! Everything comes full circle now with the first episode! Also, Hughes was pretty damn smart and perceptive to have seen this before everyone else.
