2018-07-10 02:14:22 +0000 UTCYou could say "over the top", but I like to see it as two very differing worlds clashing. Briggs's motto is "survival of the fittest". They're constantly on guard or in skirmishes with the neighboring country (Drachma) because Briggs is literally at the border between the two countries. So it makes sense why everyone at Briggs is kind of a hardass or over the top. You gotta be tough and alert if you want to survive.
