The sub bothered me in Ymir's last line. I prefer another sub which said "It wasn't so bad, being a goddess for a while." It's more clear about her meaning, i.e. that she is giving up something.

Btw Jimmy, super looking forward to your reaction to No Regrets OVA (she says for the hundredth time). I would kill for an entire prequel series starring Erwin and Levi (and Hanji, Mike, etc!).

As if I didn't love Ymir enough at this point, the moment she turned back to help Reiner and Bert, I thought my heart would explode with feels :(. Btw your comment clears up Bert's "find us" comment a bit for me! I was confused as to whether he was asking (pleading, really) the others to literally "find" him...i.e. to somehow seek him + R (in their "hometown"??) and to save them from whatever they are caught up in (presumably not by choice). But I suppose he was speaking more figuratively? A general "someone please help/understand us"? And Ymir did just that, both I suppose out of sympathy and gratefulness. Wow, I would die for all of them. And yes, Eren's VA deserves an award for that crying scene. I remember thinking that was the most painful crying I ever heard in an anime.

Despite knowing Hannes was going to die given some foreshadowing in previous episodes, that was still pretty rough to watch, especially with Eren breaking down like that. With his mom, he was completely helpless to do anything but with Hannes, he could've saved him but sadly he wasn't able to because of circumstances. Rest in peace, Hannes. You redeemed yourself. When Ymir wakes up from her 60 long years as a titan, she gazes up at the starry night sky with tears in her eyes as she realizes her newfound freedom. Now, she yet again gazes up at the starry night sky with tears in her eyes as she chooses to give up her freedom by going with Reiner and Bertholdt. "Someone...please find us" Ymir certainly found you guys. Also, major props to Yuki Kaji for his voice-work with this finale! I think this was one of his best performances yet.
