Monster of the week episodes might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the overarching story is amazing and it's relevant in every episode all the way up to a very satisfying finale. Closure is always one of the hardest things in storytelling, and they got it right. It is a slow ride but it's well worth it. Have a feeling you're gonna enjoy it so goddamn much.
