I don't know man, she watched her family get murdered in front of her, and Eren being only a child himself, saved her. He became her family, and after thinking he had died by getting eaten, I couldn't imagine what I'd feel. Now knowing he's alive again only fuels the fire to keep him alive. Overprotection doesn't seem like such a bad quality in a world where you need as much protection as you can get lol

I don’t know there’s just something about her. I feel off when watching her. It’s mostly due to her overprotection of Eren. And by overprotection I mean OVERprotection. It gets unbearable and unrealistic for my liking.

Agreed. The story and animation make it a fantastic series. The music makes it endlessly re-watchable.

I've only watched his LOST reactions but I got sense from that (due to the large ensemble cast) what kind of characters he likes haha. And I've also seen him list Ragnar (Vikings) and Captain Flint as his favorite characters. The real surprise would've been if Erwin, the epitome of an excellent leader, strategist and soldier, didn't make it into his top 5 :)

This show is easily in my top 5 for best OST ever. The music is just absolutely incredible.

Yeah I have watched many hours of Jimmy's reactions and seen him watch several shows in their entirety, so I feel like I have a good gauge for what he likes in characters, which makes me think he will really like Erwin, especially later on. He is very captain Flint/Tywin Lannister like.

How can you hate Mikasa? like I get her not being your favorite, or feeling indifferent about her, but she has done nothing even approaching being worthy of hate. To each their own I guess.

This show has hands down the best use of music and animation of anything I have ever seen. I have watched the entire show at least 3 times but these scenes NEVER stop being so fucking hype. The next closest thing in terms of Music and animation working together perfectly would probably be Last Airbender/Legend of Korra.

I want you to know I punched the air like a huge dork when you said Commander Erwin is making a run for your favorite character. I called it a few reactions ago! Now waiting to hear the title "the Great Commander Erwin Smith" :) (Btw Jimmy good observation last ep about the different formation plans. That was definitely Erwin staying a few steps ahead of his opponent.) Jimmy maybe in your next reaction you can share your thoughts about the Female Titan. From what you've seen, what do you think is her goal? What do you make of her fight with Eren? Personally, when I first watched their fight, my biggest take-away was how /human/ she seemed. Just, a noticeable departure from the calculated ferocity and savagery we'd seen. I realized then that there must be so much more to her than I could possibly imagine and I just wanted to know everything about her.
