Jean!!!! I absolutely adore this boy. His character growth, from his first appearance to now, has been a joy to watch. So happy he's in your top 5, absolutely deserves it. Mikasa started out fairly high for me but there are so many characters above her now lol. She'd proooobably be higher up but sometimes I watch her scenes with Eren in the same way you watched Kate's scenes with Jack/Sawyer lol. (Not comparing Mikasa to Kate or her relationship to Eren to Kate/Jack/Sawyer in any way though!) I wish I could write here who my favorite character is. But I'll put it off for now! (For a long time this character was so high above the rest in the same way Locke was high up on your Lost list. That was the case until I saw the OVA with Captain Levi's backstory (he appeared briefly in the beginning of ep. 9 or 10?). Now he's juuuust below my actual no.1 character, he/she-whom-I-shall-not-name-for-the-time-being.)
