Well noticed about the appendix. I would say that the island(which I personally think is the writers, writing themselves into the show) knew that Jack would eventually be stabbed in the gut and needed to live long enough to save the island.

Yep, and unplugging the heart of the Island gets rid of the problem, the Smoke Monster. Then you can plug it back in and turn on the light with the channeling of the water and Jack's wish or from his own light. That's how the man in black became a smoke monster, he probably lost his own light as a reflection of what was in his heart and mind at the time Jacob threw him in, which would have happened to all or most of the people in the world had the Island sunk. Or MIB became a monster because that's how Jacob saw him and his wish was granted. That's why the light is dangerous.

Juliette and Sawyer scene is pretty meaninful. Two great observations: 1. She says that, for getting the candy, he had to "Unplug and plug the machine back on power, and that this was technically legal". That is exactly what Jack and Desmond did with the heart of the Island; 2. The moment she died, back on season 3 finale, she was between places, and living the moment they were on the machine.That is clear by the Lines she says on Both moments. Kinda like Desmond, after the widmore's electromagnetic blast...

Where's the scene where Jack says, I'll see you another life brotha to Desmond? Apparently that was cut out of the Hulu version. Did Jimmy watch the cut version?

I distinctly remember reading an interview where Damon Lindelof said they had to cut the scene where Ben is released from under the log because the finale runtime was already too long. As for the boat, Ben must have told Kate since he was the only one who knew.

Mother had a golden or brass cup with wine, Jacob a silver can with stream water, then Jack gives dirty mud water in a disposable plastic bottle to Hurley. And Ben gets from Hurley the validation from the man in charge, like he always wanted, like Jacob knew would happen.

Alright it's time to talk about the biggest plot hole ever- How the hell did Ben release himself from under the log? And how the hell did Kate know Locke had a boat and where it was parking? Please rationalize this for me lol

How could anyone honestly hate this finale ? It was done so perfect , the flashbacks from each character of their time on the Island with the amazing music was brilliant
